I have now owned the machine for 6 months, I treated myself last November and have enjoyed lovely coffee ever since. I just love the Latte's (although if i'm honest the pods are a little expensive). Its easy to use and when friends come they comment on how easy the cup is to make and how nice the coffee is,(I use the Carte Noire pods).
My only complaint is sometimes the servings are a little small (each coffee type has its own measure, so check these when buying) but you can put them through again to create a larger cup without losing flavour.
I would recommend buying this as you do get a good range of products and also the machine is reasonably priced compared to some and it is very easy to keep clean.

After reading many reports of pod coffee makers I debated long and hard whether to buy one. Too much waste? coffe not hot enough? Expensive? Well yes some of these do apply but I can honestly say I am thrilled with my machine. It produces almost instant piping hot coffee in many different varieties, is easy to clean and wonderful for a treat on weekends and mid morning.I would thoroughly recommend it

This one is the replacement of an earlier model, which did excellent service,and still sevices the office, the coffee is the the easiest way to make, the different brands can be bought on line, so I always have a good supply at hand. this new machine is a much simplyfied version of the first, and gives the best results to date. The design and arrangement of vairing colours makes it an ideal item for the home kitchen and office, and can withstand lots of useage, worth the expense.

Firstly, go to a department store and try the coffee before you consider buying a Tassimo - dont base your purchase on the reviews on here.
I have been using this machine for about 6 weeks off and on and in conclusion it makes a nice hot chocolate (the Milka one not the Suchard one). However the coffees are very poor - i have tried about 6 different varieties and they dont taste all that different from each other and all taste too bitter and slightly burned. Instant coffee tastes better than this.
Bear in mind that this will make you a cup of black coffee, so add your own milk (which you should really warm up first, so thats the convenience gone).
The lattes and cappuccinos are made with a UHT milk disc - the milk has a strange buttery/caramel taste and ruins the flavour. They do look good though.
Oh yeah, the cup size is miserly, this is due to how much coffee you can fit into the disc, you can add more water but then it dilutes the flavour.
I was very confused by my thoughts on this, given all the great reviews on here for it. So i checked the Which?? review - its nice to see they agreed with my comments and awarded it only 55%. Also go see how many of these are for sale on Ebay - loads of them, if they were so good then why sell?!
I will be replacing this with the Magimix Nespresso which gets consistently great reviews and for which i can make a cappuccino with proper fresh milk. Also have a look at the Lavazza Mio, also gets good reviews although still very new so yet to see how well it does (and how long the pods will be available for).
