Hot Cappuccinos at last!August 22, 2010 T. Davies(N. Essex) How did we manage without this? Answer - we didn't really and our coffees were never very hot because I was stopping the frothing when it looked right. Now with this handy little gadget I get great froth and hot coffee too. Well recommended
Useful little gadgetAugust 3, 2010 Rok The thermometer fits nicely onto the curved lip of my milk jug. It does take milk to just the right temperature for a good latte or cappuccino. After using it for about a week I was able to judge when the milk was at the optimal temperature without it but still use it occasionally for my coffees but. I *always* use it to make perfect hot chocolates and horlicks drinks with the milk frother. A very useful thermometer for a very reasonable price. Easy to keep clean by giving it a quick wipe with a cloth after every use.

If you have a milk frother on your espresso / coffee machine and you like to make cappuccinos then this is a must. It had a clearly labelled temp gauge and a section marked in red when you have reached the correct temp for frothed milk.
It ensures that you dont burn the milk and you will get a perfectly hot coffee everytime!

I like the fact that it's adjustable to the height of the milk jug.
