The only problem is that it is fragile: the slightest knock and it cracks. I think Bodum have thickened the glass but it still breaks very easily. I'm on my fourth.... Great at frothing but too breakable July 20, 2010 RS I got given one of these for christmas and it smashed about 3 weeks later as it hit the work surface (not too hard). I bought another one as I liked it so much. About 6 weeks later I put it in the microwave and it hit off the plate and started leaking. So, a great product but very breakable. A great product July 10, 2010 ctraxon This is a great simple product that is easy to use and produces a great froth. Perfect froth every time! July 5, 2010 Sheba This plunger makes perfect froth every time for a cappuccino better than our expresso machine, only have to plunge for less than 60 seconds and the milk doubles in size then we microwave. Only downside is glass container not very thick have to be careful not to break as glass thin. Great product... July 4, 2010 Vivek Aggarwal Does exactly what it says on the tin.
