I initially purchased a similar set from Cargo Homestores, but found internal cracks in one of the bowls. I experienced such appalling customer service at the shop trying to get it replaced that I decided to buy my replacement set from Amazon instead. Even with postage and packaging, I paid less for the same product, and it came securely packed and protected in 3 nested boxes inside one another with lots of padding in between. The bowls had no defects or chips, although from experience, this may be an issue, so be sure to check carefully. The casserole bowls and lids are very versatile, practical and they are good sized items. A good buy.

Due to VERY inadequate packaging dishes arrived with all handles of lids smashed and chips on actual dishes. Cut myself badly whilst opening. Seller responded immediately to my email and also refunded straightaway.
