5 out of 5 stars very pleased -- so far !   September 6, 2010

i have had 3 'combination' microwaves - all Panasonic. the last one served me very well indeed - at least 12 years!! the 'combination' types were expensive in those days £400. Last month i had to reluctantly buy a new microwave as my 'old faithful' began to 'arc and smell'. I chose Pansonic 'combination' again but this time Amazon were the cheapest of all - i couldn't believe it. i have had this one for about 5 weeks and it is much smaller than my previous ones and i had my doubts whether it would be as good as it was much cheaper, but i am glad to say does the job fantastically. Only regret i have - as with my last one - when i cook joint of beef on 'combination', the fat splatters so much that it is a major 'clean up' job but i will try a 'roasting bag' next time to see if that cuts down the splattering. otherwise, great - jacket potatoes .... yum....

5 out of 5 stars Absolutely First Class Microwave   August 30, 2010

I bought this model because of all the positive customer reviews and you are all soooo right!! It is an update from my other Panasonic microwave I do like the different cooking modes (don't always want it going full blast). The chaos defrost is fantastic. I haven't yet used the grill but I'm sure it will be as good as all the other features. I highly recommend this microwave to anyone who is dithering (like I was) about which model to buy. Also - most important - the price was the best I could find and the delivery absolutely on time - almost to the minute!

Microwave exactly as expected. A replacement for the identical model ( though new one white , last one stainless steel) which become too elderly to perform properly.

3 out of 5 stars Good but doesn't last   July 15, 2010

Very impressed, all the right features, seemed very good.
BUT ... only lasted just over 3 years then stopped working, disappointing.
Our last Sharp microwave was amazingly good and incredibly quick and easy to use, and lasted 20 years
