This is a great value product that does pretty much what it says on the tin. I haven't tried it on tiles but its excellent on my veneer/laminate wood flooring. Some stubborn areas you need to go slowly over a couple of times but it really works and with no chemicals, its the cleanest my floor has ever been! We managed to get some black glue stain or something in our hallway which has been there since we moved in over a year ago, we tried bleach and mops but nothing got it off, but after a couple of strokes of the steam mop, it came completely off!
I love it, definitely worth the money.

This mop does clean well, is very quick and easy to use and has served me well. However I have had it for 11 months and is now totally dead. Admitedly it has been used AN AWEFUL LOT - my kitchen has white ceramic tiles and I have twin 2 year old boys! - but for what I paid I would have expected it to last a bit longer.

My husband bought me this and I was sceptical when i saw it as it seemed very insubstantial. However it did the job for about a month and then stopped steaming even though I had used the correct water etc. My husband did what a lot of husbands would do and gave it a thump and it began to work again for about two weeks but has now given up completely. A complete waste of money.
