5 out of 5 stars Baby Cubes Food Portioners stage 1   July 29, 2010

I really like these little pots. when reading the reviews I thought I would give them a go. The portion size of these cubes are good for weening your little one, and they are bigger than a conventional ice tray. I use these pots all the time, and so i'm now considering buying the stage two pots too.

3 out of 5 stars Reasonably priced , do the job although a bit small.   July 19, 2010

I've found these cubes to be very useful and they are fairly cheap and you don't have the aggravation of trying to pop cubes of food out of an ice cube tray. I haven't had any problems with the lids popping off in the freezer - although they do shatter if you drop a frozen one on a tiled floor! i always handwash them rather than put in the dishwasher. My only critism is that they are quite small so once your baby is eating larger portions you need to use several cubes each sitting but if you are mixing a few different fruits and veg together this isn't really a problem.

5 out of 5 stars Not just for mummies!   July 11, 2010

I don't have any children, but find these little pots a boon for storing very small amounts in the freezer, such as two or three anchovies per pot after I've opened a tin of them to make tapenade and don't need the whole tin. I also freeze very concentrated tomato puree in them when I have a glut of fruits in the summer. I make veal demi-glaze about once a year (it takes three days!) and freeze this intensely concentrated stock to have portions available to add savour to sauces and casseroles all year round. I get Fresh yeast (500g) a couple of times a year and find these little pots just the job for neatly storing the 20 to 30g nuggets of yeast I need for a bread baking session.

I've had a set of these little pots for about two years and none have failed yet. They dish-wash fine, but need to be weighed down otherwise they flip over with the force of the water jets.

Brilliant size pots, makes it very simple to make baby food yourself. Great for taking out and about as well!

die Einfrierbehälter sind gut, aber leider nicht dicht, so dass das Wasser aus dem aufgetauten Brei durchläuft. Deshalb nur 4 Sterne
