I adore my Hetty. I am the third person in my street to buy one only I got clever shopped with Amazon and saved £19. The best cleaner I have EVER had and so quiet she doesn't scare my dogs. Delivery was faster than stated. I am starting a Hetty revolution....everyone must get one of these amazing BRITISH machines. The hepa bags are so good that when you open up to change the bag there is not a speck of dust outside of the bag so my days of choking on dust while emptying a tiny bag free bin and having to brush off a filter to remove clogged up dust ARE OVER. I can't praise Hetty highly enough....the dog hair has met it's nemesis!

I have a love/hate relationship with this vacuum. What's not to love?! it's pink, it's cute, the kids love it, and it works...and it works well. The fault with this vacuum is very small. The fault I have could actually not be a fault. The vacuum can SUCK!! and because this little lady works sooo well, and sucks so well, it actually makes it a tad hard to use. That's my only fault. I love it more then my dyson. It works way better then my dyson ball ever did. For the money, it really is worth it. So if you want a vacuum that can suck then adopt little hetty today! She really is a gem! Oh I have a Jack Russell and 3 kids! She is more then suited for the challenge!

This little lady works a treat! Wife and daughter wanted pink! so Hetty was ordered. She arrived on time and worked with no problems other than one of the front caster wheels was a tad sticky! A drop of "WD 40" and a fiddle sorted this out. Super little machine works very well on the normal power and has a high power option if dirt is particularly difficult to shift! (Not usually required!)We have previously owned Dyson - ok but bit noisy and heavy to use. Vax upright this was ok but became very noisy and finally 2 years later gave up! Best of the bunch - quiet - easy to use - and light as a feather with a long lead is the fab little "Hetty"!!!! Don't bother with anything else.

Henry had sadly departed at the beginning of the year and I'd been managing with a boring grey upright vacuum cleaner. Life seemed humdrum. Until I found out about Hetty. If anything can possibly make cleaning fun, she does! With long eyelashes and an even more engaging face than Henry, she's cute. She also picks up well, is quiet and has a turbo switch. With the usual 'Numatic' long cord (fully retractable) and long hose, once again I can plug her in in one place in the house and do the whole ground floor, instead of constantly plugging into a different socket. You won't be disappointed if you buy a Hetty!
