I have waited 24 years for a kenwood and its certainly worth the wait. Its nice not to have to hold it down when making bread,it's fantastic I wish I'd had the money sooner.

after seeing this for sale on one of the shopping channels, I thought I'd try amazon for a better deal, and I wasn't disappointed! This is a great product, solidly built, and comes with a great blender and food processor, not to mention a super cookbook to get things started. it looks fab on the working top in my kitchen. the dough hook makes wonderful bread, and takes all the hard work out of it, while the new flexible beater makes short work of cake mixing, buttercream, etc. if you're a proper cook, you need one of these. worth every penny!

5 out of 5 stars KENWOOD CHEF   July 20, 2010

For years I thought I couldn't justify spending that amount on a mixer when I had a hand mixer that worked perfectly well. Now I wish I had bought one years ago. You do need the space to be able to leave it out because it heavy. I can also see the value of a spare mixing bowl for when you're mixing two sets of ingredients for the same dish.

5 out of 5 stars Fab !   July 19, 2010

Have had this machine for 5 days now and can't stop using it - pancake batter, fairy cakes, red velvet birthday cake (a big one) and bread in the oven now. It's amazing and makes thing so easy.
My mum has a Kenwood bought in the 1970s which is still working, so I decided to go for this over the Kitchen Aid as a 38th birthday present to myself.
I wasn't sure which Kenwood Chef to get - used teh reviews on Amazon to decide. The Chef Titanium looks really nice - very sleek and not 'in your face' so will fit in wherever it is. The food processor and liquidiser included make the price look reasonable - you can always sell these separately if you don't need as they are separately packaged.
A great machine (after 5 days admittedly !). Worth the money if you are a baker.
