I have now stopped using this item, as i Bought a Tefal Actifry 1yr and 1 month ago ! which went up in flames with Black smoke !!!
These were on watch dog 2 months before !! For this !! And Tefal will not Do anything about These !!
Do reasearch on web and there are hundreads of un-Happy Customers !!!
They Told me to go back to comet as they sold it and Claim against Them " That way it saved them paying out !!
"" Tefal have proved they are not a Good manufacturer "" so i will never buy there products again !!
A manufactuter that sells products with " Known faults " is a Discrace..
The " TUV " tested the products and stated they are designed Wrong and all should be Recalled !! But they haven't as that would Cost Them Money !!!!

Inexpensive and lasts for several months, drinks taste better either hot or cold and ready in seconds, why wait for the kettle to boil?

The product is expensive. There appears to be no substitute. It is very difficult to determine if one has chosen the correct version, I believe there is only one option so a product code on the various instruction leaflets is not given on the basis that there isn't a different model but the poor consumer can't be aware of this.

These are very good, better in fact than the kettle, having had to replace the origina twice we still have filters left
