Fantastic but expensive November 24, 2008

Great delivery service from Amazon. Product arrived in excellent condition. Working very well. I used it to vacuum over carpet that I vacuumed 2 minutes earlier and it still picked up dust. Whether that is because my old cleaner was rubbish or the dyson is superb I cannot say. I am very pleased with the product and am happy i got it. Has only been a week so cant comment on durability.

Just replaced a Vax Mach 5 (bought around 6 months ago)with this cleaner. I previously had a Dyson but foolishly decided to try another make which was supposed to live up to the performance of the Dyson for less money. This was a huge mistake. I am extremely happy again now I have a Dyson that does exactly what it's supposed to do! The suction is excellent and it is also very light and easy to use. You do get what you pay for!!

Nearly bought a dyson a year ago but for some reason ended up with the lift off Bissell..... Well thet lasted a full 14months before it blew up and so we now have what i should have got in the first place, the dyson dc14... Light, quiet does what its meant to do with no fuss, what more can I say, PERFECT and for 149.00 from amazon what a deal but it shot up 80 the day after I got one????????

wow, quite simply an amazing pice of kit!
I had an older Dyson (DC04) but after using this it makes it look like I never cleaned the floor!! We have 2 cats and with the older model you could see the hair come up and all looked well. This one just tops it in every way, the carpet looks brand new, the air smells cleaner due the the alergy filter and to top it all off it's not a bad looking piece of kit! (well for a hoover anyway)
