 Beware the picture, the "mug" is only half size. December 28, 2008

I bought this as a present for the missus and was very disappointed when she unwrapped it. The mug is a miniature, it's only half size, which isn't at all obvious from the picture. Seriously, the "mug" is closer to an espresso cup size. It's worse than that though because if you want to use your own mug, you have 2 problems:
1) You have to remove the drip mat in order to fit a mug in.
2) The water reservoir isn't big enough to fit a normal mug's amount of water in. This means you have to open it up and top up the water from another cup half way though, which of course spits out the exhaust and squirts hot steam and coffee grounds everywhere!
If I could return this item, I would.

Good - works well but you have to wash it up. Good value for money but a waste of time.
