Had many hoovers over the last 12-18 months some cheap some expensive, and they have all been rubbish! Had Henry now for a couple of weeks now and can't believe how good it is, small yet massively powerful. Built like a rock.
Very glad with the purchase just wish I had done it 12-18 months ago. Who's Dyson?

I got my first Henry just yesterday and immediately road-tested it on both wooden floors and carpets. Best cleaner I have ever used, as well as being the least expensive. I love things that are both simple and practical, and Henry ticks all the boxes for me. Easy assembly, durable construction and high performance - my only regret is that I didn't get one years ago!

We received the Henry very quickly and it is a very good vacuum cleaner. We are in fact replacing an old Henry. The only critisism I have of this product is that the flex is not quite as long as the old model and as we are cleaning a cafe we have to change from one socket to another which we didn't have to do before.

The only Henry I have ever rated was a gunner. On to the subject, Needed a vacuum cleaner for a large shared stairing.
Pros
-Looks Heavy Duty, Probably is but its only been a week!
-Fairly long cable
-Can pick up most large pieces of rubbish,
Cons
-Too big for our stairs so with no where to station over stairs I was stuck
-power wise nothing special, our little samsung is MUCH more powerful,
-Over thin layer of carpet, cleaned ok but struggled with bits of Matt stuck inside the carpet fibre.
-Lack of power meant could not reach crevices without changing nozzle.
The cable is too short for that but to be fair this is not a requisite for this product. It seems it may be suitable for a non carpeted floor but on a fairly simple (thin) layer of carpet it produced average results. I was expecting something heavy duty but may be its the case of courses for horses.
